A New 72 Bed Care home in landscaped Grounds
Our client required us to source a brownfield site, gain planning and subsequently project manage the build.
We carefully blended a unique knowledge of healthcare development and healthcare operational skills to design, build and provide modern high specification care facilities to meet all current and future needs and expectations, as well as our client offering the finest possible levels of care .
The Scheme is separated into three units one per floor
The ancillary areas which include a high quality catering kitchen and industrial laundry are separated from the living areas above the entrance block.
We also created reminisance gardens to the front and rear which encourages residents to go out doors and exercise.
