Little Under bank dates back to middle of 19th century and is three storeys in height not including its basement accommodation, We were commissioned to convert the living accommodation into 2 luxury Flats
The site was located within the Hillgate Conservation Area which so careful consideration had have to be made concerning materials and the aesthetics making sure thatthe building blended in with its surrounding, while producing a building that will meet all of the current regulations.
