Convertion of Exisitng Methodist Church and former Vicarage into 3, 3 bedroom homes in landscaped Grounds.
We were instructed to convert this existing methodist church into three three-bed dwellings, adding a mezzanine to the upper floor while retaining the floor levels throughout, and retaining the existing two-bed dwelling to the rear. .
We used high proportion of sustainable products in the refurbishment of the scheme, with every effort made to source the materials locally, with an aim to provide Breeam rating of Very Good to Excellent.
For the roof we reused the existing natural blue slate, but specifiied new metal guttering and RW goods,stained hard wood timber door sets and windows.
